Hands downward the worst client experience. Sent an in warranty Pixel for repair. Fun and games considering initial return address was incorrect and neither I nor support person could change it (site was broken when I tried, they were clueless).

Got that sorted with a 2d conversation session and sent phone in. Told beyond economic repair and they would therefore transport a refurbished replacement. I needed to decide by Xx March to accept that or have the broken phone returned.

I contact back up to inquire what does refurbished mean "exactly" since mine was in great condition. They say they'll look into it and will request a "pristine" replacement. I remind them of the deadline. I'm told not to worry, they'll sort this past then.

I get a couple of updates saying its in hand and likewise chase one time. So I realise that I'k in all likelihood talking to a bot the whole time. If I ask if they're man, I don't get a directly answer and their replies just follow the same pattern and don't actually answer my questions.

Deadline arrives and I get an automated message saying that the phone is being returned because I haven't responded.

I contact the same "person" once more who at present tells me that, don't worry, they'll sort it but then proceed to tell me to contact some other repair outfit in the UK (the phone has already been to Poland and back).

And too that they can't offer a pristine refurbished phone considering my phone is beyond economical repair. That's illogical and the reverse of what they said earlier. Why send me to a repair store in the UK if the phone can't be repaired?

There'south no Britain accost for complaints in the warranty terms and when I phone it directs me dorsum to the back up site to go circular another loop.

So Google have completely failed to honour their warranty by screwing me around with their oh and so clever artificial intelligence (about as smart equally a brain damaged badger).

Phone has been returned poorly packaged, muddied and the but matter they have done while it's been with them is to remove my screen protector.

Deep loathing at present for Google.

Wish I had read the reviews before I attempted to buy a Google Pixel Pro 6, phone arrived next solar day, had email confirmation that I had been accepted for Klarna credit so received a bulletin from my bank advising my account had been debited for the total corporeality!!!! Was brash past client service to return the telephone and re-society - they could not refund and correct payment to the credit programme despite the fact that I had an email stating that this was how I was paying. Ordered a new phone and was accepted for credit and this order was cancelled! Absolute joke of a company, no-ane volition help resolve the issue and after spending the best part of a solar day on the phone to their client services I have given up. Would give nothing stars. Such a massive visitor only could not care less nigh their customers. I now have to wait over vii days for my £945.00 refund, which they were Non authorised to debit from my account. Avoid at all costs.

A way better feel than I was expecting!

I managed to drop my phone from a great summit and smashed the screen. I took it to a local repair shop as well as I-Smash (Google'due south merely face-to-face partner in the UK) and both said it absolutely could not be fixed considering the back of the phone had also aptitude slightly. If I could requite them no stars

If I could give them no stars, I would. I got my Google Pixel six less than two months ago and the screen has gone. Completely gone. It won't work or anything and there is NO damage and NO water damage. I have not dropped it or anything so why it isn't working, I don't know but nobody at all has been willing to assistance me. I was offered with fixing it, merely this happens every day and it is within warranty. I no longer desire a conspicuously broken phone.

The staff member on their live conversation was helpful enough, simply the way they try to ready the telephone is ridiculous and to so be told I need to factory reset the phone before i sent it for repair. HOW? I cannot encounter the screen, so I cannot do that.

I wish I had never got the phone, it is bloodcurdling how they take been.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Absolutely icky and embarrassing for a visitor like Google.
Bought through Klarna installment plan / finance option and they took a credit carte for authorisation. Later told I accept no Klarna balance only the account was created relating to the purchase, and my authorization was taken as payment in total. The customer service told me to 'stop arguing' when I told them in that location was an error on their side. I have written confirmation only was patronised and insulted. What a joke. Avert at all costs.


Shockingly bad customer service

I've been a loyal google customer for many years just I volition never purchase another device from them again.
I purchased a Pixel 6 Pro at launch and it was bang-up until the Feb software update broke the wifi. I contacted support and they were very helpful and agreed to replace the telephone nether warranty using their advanced replacement option which is where they utilise a accuse to your credit card and send a new device out so you lot are not without a telephone at all. The problem started when I setup the replacement device to find there was no fingerprint unlock. Back on to support who once again agreed to replace the telephone but now I must send the device back before they volition supercede information technology. I requested to apply the accelerate exchange option simply this fourth dimension they must ask permission from another team. Despite me chasing near every day it took Google nigh 2 weeks to get dorsum to me and tell me my request to employ the advanced commutation was declined but have provided no reason as to why.


Splendid service..

Excellent service... i entered wrong address number on my gild. and bundle was delivered to incorrect address ;my fault: information technology was returned to local mail service role..... informed Google Shop Help Centre of my error..... they kept me informed every 48 hours on in that location progress to locate my package.... and 6 days later but been informed the have sent my Telephone out for re delivery ...... tin can not fault y experience with in that location customer service


Google Ads customer support is shocking! SHOCKING!

Have been paying for Google Ads for the concluding five years. I had a problem with my business relationship and tried to contact Google support. 4.five months later and 35 phone calls to them and still not 1 unmarried person has even contacted me. Business relationship was suspended automatically and there's nothing wrong with my account. Aught! Just needs three minutes for someone to look at my account and bang, done! Only NOOOOO! They haven't fifty-fifty looked or responded to me in almost 5 MONTHS! I'll say over again five months!
Terrible service and the people you speak to on the telephone are a Call Answering Service - information technology'south not fifty-fifty google. I'm still waiting for them - 5 effing months!!!!!


Brainstorm of February I bought an outdoor…

Begin of February I bought an outdoor cable for my Nest Outdoor Cam. Didn't receive annihilation later a few week so contacted them. The employee informed me that the delivery can take upwards to 3 months. No indication of this iii months when ownership the product. Looked like it was in stock at the website.


Rip off, do not buy from these

I bought the Google Pixel vi Pro, played with it a few hours, the battery died. I then tried to charge it, but information technology wouldn't work with the standard charger that works for other phones, even though it fits (size C). They hadn't sent me a charger with the phone. I rang customer services, and after about an hour they told me if I want to charge the phone, I need to go onto their store and buy a charger with adapter separately. What a scam. I've never bought a telephone that doesn't come with a ways of charging. This is the first time I've gone with Google for a phone, and it will be the last.


Stunningly bad service, like trying to go assist from a brick wall

1 of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Mind boggling that a global tech leader can be and so inept at fulfilling an order, so compounds the problem with service reps that do zip except spout platitudes similar "we're looking into this" and "nosotros appreciate your patience."

I ordered a Pixel 5a telephone and got a delivery estimate of one week. Ten days later when the phone hadn't arrived, I contacted Google customer service via chat. That began a series of increasingly infuriating exchanges in which I was given repeated assurances that my request had been "elevated" and "specialists" were looking into it, simply never annihilation specific or actionable.

I would ask very direct questions (why tin't you just ship me a new telephone?) and the answers were ever the aforementioned - vague nonsense words that sound sympathetic but never come close to really answering the question. I doubt I was e'er in contact with an actual homo beingness.

I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit carte du jour company. I will never buy anything from them again, and I caution anyone else to expect a similar level of incompetence and disdain.

Given that it was a complaint from October, I concord out no promise.

NEVER Purchase FROM THEM

I bought the Pixel vi that never arrived as they skipped my flat number on the commitment info. Now it is impossible to modify my order, impossible to have them resend the telephone, impossible to get a refund, and impossible to speak to anyone directly as the phone number they give doesn't work.

For iii days at present, the lovely people on the Google Shop conversation are telling me that they sympathise that I must experience concerned and that they are working very hard on a solution, telling me that they are waiting for higher direction to come dorsum to me (look to spend 1 hour every time without any information). They won't give me whatever respond on what is happening and what I have to do side by side, when I will take an info. I wish I would have checked Trustadvisor before spending £599 as I only don't know when I will see my coin back and how much fourth dimension I will have to spend stuck to my screen don't their chat.

Don't be misled by the name Google on the website!!! It ways nil had such a terrible experience.


Worse Customer Service E'er!!

I purchased 3 Nest thermostats with install through a company Google hired out. The installer was awful. He kept cancelling and has been back iii times and my thermonstats still don't piece of work. After hours on the phone of existence passed off from one person to another and nobody could help or requite me a refund on the 3 separate install fees we were charged but yet did not receive the service. Each representative told me the other department could assistance me and that they couldn't help. I even asked to speak to a manager and was told on two different occasions that they'd telephone call me back but nothing! Subsequently a couple months of trying I received no and my thermonstats need to be installed from someone else. This was the absolute worse customer service I have E'er received…..Not to mention that Google took our money and there seems to exist no manner to go refunded our install that was a few hundred dollars! Stay abroad from their horrible service.

You read bad reviews and remember that are over exaggerated merely the reality is that Google are much much worse than any review makes them announced.
They don't honour your warranty. They promise the earth but it'southward just a deception to get rid of you and if you e-mail them the only response is automatic.

I bought a Pixel 4a telephone. Very average in my opinion. Only the real trouble starts when y'all have an outcome. The support consists of lies and possibly ineptitude.

Horrible online shop

Beyond a doubt the worst ownership feel to engagement. Bought the new google Pixel half dozen (Twice) and yet to recieve information technology. Google cancelled my original order (For no reason). Had to place it again and the commitment date has changed twice. No information nigh if it a stock shortage or anything. Will not be ordering through them once again.


Dodgy Google repair job.

I had a Google pixel 6 which I dropped so I paid around £120-130 to have the screen repaired. - information technology was croaky in the corner originally. I dropped it then fine that'southward on me anyway I received the telephone back -great- just information technology wasn't. I idea in that location was a bit of grit/hair on my screen just this tiny bit on the edge anyway A few days afterwards this blue line appears across my screen so I contact the repair team meanwhile they ask for photos so I send them in the conversation. ( Which I take no copy of as information technology was just a online conversation - I recommend taking photos of your chat online with them) The phone display gets worse and I notice a crack has spread across the inside from that tiny scrap of what I thought was dust - I inform Google of this and that I oasis't dropped the phone and that it was simply repaired by themselves - I was super careful because I'd already done that. Anyway the case was taken to higher people and I waited ages for the final response. I finally become the response to send the phone and transport information technology nether screen instead of croaky as non to be charged. They receive the phone and so charge me for £130...so I contact them about it and they then human action similar I never told them about it. 🤯 The phone was actually useable before I initiated the repair simply since receiving it dorsum the screen went completely black in a few days without me doing anything to cause it. The stress dealing with this has been unreal. I've never regretted getting a phone this much.

I accept had three run ins with Google Customer service. in each example they carefully assessed my event and then figured out how to brand it 10x worse. Then when they proposed the worst solution and you lot tell them Not to practise that, the go ahead and exercise exactly the matter you told them non to do.

By email they NEVER read what you write. So if you ask them a question you won't get answer. Instead they will respond to the keywords they pick upwards.

I honestly would rather take a 100 pound anvil drib on my head then e'er take to speak to i of them stupid incompetent donkeys e'er again.
